Update on the proposed covenants changes

The proposed covenants changes reviewed at the 2019 Annual Meeting received a 75% approval rate from those who voted (18 approved & 6 rejected).  In order to modify them, we would need an additional 51 approvals. Based on this number the board is suspending their efforts to update the Covenants.
